The 3 Gunas - Tamas, Rajas and Sattva - are known to be present in all beings and objects in differing amounts. Imbalances in the gunas has been said to contribute to mental, emotional and physical issues. This meditation can help to balance your 3 gunas - so that you possess the perfect proportions of each.
When using this meditation, start by setting the intention to rebalance the gunas to your perfect proportions. If, from your own research, you know you have too much or too little of any guna, then also intend to increase or decrease each guna quantity when using the recommended meditation mantras.
