In this episode, I talk to Natalie Englander, who is a CBT Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher. We talk about perfectionism and self worth. Being what she calls a ‘Recovering Perfectionist’ herself, she describes some of the signs and symptoms of perfectionism, and what you can do to start healing this unhealthy habit.
